First contact your account manager and arrange to have the user profiles capability enabled.
Once that is done you will see the user profiles page in the App Data section. Your user profiles will not have any Personal data and will just map one to one with device profiles (this will only change if you have a user id and begin linking devices to user profiles).
It may be difficult to process a subject data request if you only have device data as you may not have an identifier which the user can provide you that will allow you to find their device profile on the system. A data controller is exempt from these obligations if it cannot identify which personal data in its possession relates to the relevant data subject (i.e., if personal data is anonymized and cannot be re-identified).
Assuming you do have an identifier you can use, you can go to user devices and search by device ids. Go to App Data > User Devices and enter the id you are using to search in the appropriate field.
Once you have found a device record you can click the profile icon to link you out to the corresponding profile record.
From this record you perform requests related to a subjects various rights under GDPR as described in the following:
- The Right To Be Informed
- Right to Rectification
- Right to Access
- Right to Restrict Processing
- Right to Erasure
