Actions are the building blocks of a Workflow.
They are called Actions as they allow you to perform an action when a Profile enters them, before allowing the Profile to pass through to the next Action.
To create a new Action in your Workflow, click an open Plus icon at the end of the current workflow. Then make a section of which Action you want to add next.
Always the first Action in any Workflow.
It is where you control the input of Contacts into the Workflow.
A key message Action.
Contacts entering the Email Action who are subscribed and have an email address against their details will be sent the Email as defined in the Action.
Message Action which allows Contacts with a mobile number (and no restriction on sending) to be sent an SMS when reaching the Action.
Message Action which allows Contacts with a push device linked (and no restriction on sending) to be sent a push when reaching the Action.
This Action will delay any Contacts entering it for the amount of time specified before allowing them to pass through.
This Action allows you to alter a Contact's path through the Workflow depending on criteria you set.
Criteria can be data already known about them or how they have engaged with other actions in the Workflow to this point.
All Workflows must come to an End.
This is the Action you will need to complete the Workflow and tie up any loose ends.
